less is more

I always appreciated this age old maxim in bits and pieces. Meaning, I never always lived by it, but there were random pockets of time where the intrinsic truth of this favorite maxim of mine would trickle through and I'd see the light.

But no more. As of recently, I have adopted "less is more" as my personal statement of truth. And as the patron of the "less is more" approach to life, I shall therefore seek to rid my life of excess, and value fundamentals without which/whom I can't live without.

Belatedly, I realized that by adopting "Elegance is refusal" as my quote du jour for the blog, I'd already subconciously registered the value of less being more some time ago. Ha. Wasn't always dumb after all.
